At our store, we’ve got something for every gamer:
• Physical items – like consoles, accessories, and disc-based games.
• Pre-orders – lock in your copy of upcoming hits before they sell out.
• Pre-owned games – great games at better prices, fully tested and ready to play.

❌ Cancelling an Order

Before it ships:
• You can cancel physical orders or pre-orders anytime before we ship them out.
• Just reach out to us with your order number and we’ll sort it out, no problem.

After it ships:
• Once your order’s on its way, we can’t cancel it. But don’t worry—you might still be able to return it (check out our return policy!).

⏳ Pre-Orders
• Changed your mind? You can cancel any pre-order before release day and get a full refund.
• After that, it follows the same rules as regular orders.

📝 A Few Quick Notes:
• Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed in 5–7 business days.
• If you bought a bundle or limited edition, we might not be able to cancel parts of it.
• Pre-owned items can’t be cancelled once shipped—unless there’s something wrong with them.
