Miasma Chronicles is a tactical-role playing game by The Bearded Ladies, set in a post-apocalyptic “New America” ravaged by a deadly force known as the Miasma.
You play as Elvis, who, raised in the mining town Sedentary by a robotic brother named Diggs, wields a mysterious glove that can manipulate the Miasma.
Gameplay mixes real-time exploration (stealth, ambushes) with tactical, turn-based combat. You can upgrade weapons, unlock abilities, and make use of environmental cover and positioning in battles.
The story is narrative-driven: as Elvis and Diggs journey through ruined towns, forests, and industrial zones, they meet strange characters while trying to uncover what the Miasma is, and why Elvis’s mother left him.
